The Drug and Alcohol Helpline is a province-wide, information and referral service located in Ontario, Canada, providing information about drug and/or alcohol treatment resources. Webchat is designed to provide information about treatment resources and how to access treatment help.

To help improve our service you may enter your postal code below. This is not necessary to begin a Webchat.

If this is an emergency, please contact 911 or your local emergency service. Web chats sometimes disconnect due to technical difficulties on either side. In the unlikely event that this happens, please call us at 1-800-565-8603 so we can continue to help you.

The Drug and Alcohol Helpline does not track any personal information during Webchat. All of our services are confidential.
